Adding Rosters to Team Resources via Agency Dashboard
What is rostering? Rostering is adding personnel to a resource (vehicle) with a set schedule or shift. After the end of the declared shift, the roster or personnel's name will disappear. What are Announcements? The Announcement card is used to display important information that needs to stand out when users access the ERMS tool, similar to a message or email but remains in the tool. The level of appropriateness on using the announcement to send a message is determined by the dispatch / command center. Announcements are useful for critical alerts or items that can not be done within ERMS.
