# What is the Individual Team View?

The individual team view allows you to dig into the details of a created team in any status. 

To get to the individual team view, go to "Teams" under your main dashboard or [CLICK HERE](https://erms.app/dashboard/metro-net-dsr-tabs#teams). Then click on any team you'd like to see more about

You can see 

* What resources are assigned to the team
* How many active rosters (personnel) are assigned the resource
* Who is assigned on that resource (click "Active Rosters")
* Any unique details that Dispatch added

You can perform
 
* Roster (personal swaps)
* Resource swaps
