Pizzly: Adding Evaluations

Adding Evaluations

Pizzly is our evaluation management system for task books, qualifications, and annual training (contact us for more information)

The purpose of submitting your evaluations (Incident, Fitness, Course) via Pizzly is to track submissions to training officers and keep a digital copy assessable from anywhere.

### Step 1
Log into Pizzly.app by going to www.pizzly.app or clicking pizzly.app at the top or www.erms.app

### Step 2
Most users will only use the Dashboard tab. Training Officers will use Active Evaluations to review all submitted evaluations.

Here you will select which type of evaluation you need to upload. Each selection has its fields that will need to fill out.

Course: Training classes
Fitness
Incident: Forms from deployments

### Step 3a Course

The first option is to add a course evaluation. These are typically classes taught by an instructor. There are 4 fields to fill out:
Course: Select from a pre-populated list. (contact us if you aren't able to find the class)
Completed: When the class was taken
Notes: Anything that you think your training officer would need to know. Example: Number of hours
Upload any document or proof of completion by a file or taking a picture

### Step 3b Fitness

The second option is to add a fitness evaluation.

Fitness Level: Select from a pre-populated list.
Completed: When you were deployed home
Notes: Anything that you think your training officer would need to know. Example: Number of hours
Upload any document or proof of completion by a file or taking a picture

### Step 3c Incident

The third option is to add an Incident evaluation. This is typically after a deployment, documented on an official form.

Qualification: Select which qualification you deployed as
Incident: Select which incident you deployed to (IF INCIDENT IS NOT LISTED, REFER TO WORKAROUND SECTION BELOW)
Completed: When the fitness test was taken
Notes: Anything that you think your training officer would need to know. Example: Number of hours
Upload any document or proof of completion by a file or taking a picture. Example: Form 225

### Step 4

Once you click ADD EVALUATION, it'll be submitted to your training officer to review. It'll remain here until the T.O. reviews and completes their tasks. You can also access your evaluations under My Profile (click to learn more).

#### WORKAROUND

Under the incident evaluation, there could be a deploy from the incident command center and federal IRWIN database where you may not see the correct incident name/number. In this scenario, please do the following:

Type in New Fire and select it:

Under Additional Notes add the correct fire incident name

Once the fire is added in the federal database, it will be updated.
