Create a New Personnel Profile

Why create Personnel profiles for your team/crews?



Personnel profiles are used throughout the ERMS tool for adding rosters. The more you put in, the more you get. Personnel profiles are used on deployments and to help populate the administrative forms.

Step 1: Go to Personnel page


or Click HERE and proceed to Step 2

Ensure you are under the Personnel page



Always do a quick search to make sure they don't already exist



Step 2: Add a New Personnel Profile



Click Add Personnel



Enter as much of the information as possible, as each area contributes to other parts of the ERMS tool

Name - For team / overhead assignments as well as administrative forms
Email - For contact information
Rank - For administrative forms
Station - For location assistance with dispatch / command center

Phone number - For contact and administrative forms
