August Release: Enhancements and fixes

Welcome to our August Release Details

Here you will find all changes we've implemented for this release!

We've added changes from the Agency Dashboard to the new knowledge center that your are reading now! You'll find visual changes, bug fixes, new features and better designed workflow processes.

Some of these changes were done with the help of suggestions and feedback. So keep it coming! Email info@grizzlysystems.co or send us a "ping" with the help chat button on ERMS

Agency Dashboard Changes

Unfamiliar with the Agency Dashboard or want to know why you should be using it? Click HERE

We have improved the rostering concept on both the "viewing" and "adding" perspective

First, we added the resources that are found on the Unapproved Teams right under the Approved Team resources

As you can see above, we added the Active Roster button so BCs and others can quickly see how many rosters (personnel) are on that resource...or if it hasn't been done yet

On Duty BCs and Captains can simply click on the same button which brings out the NEW slide in feature and quickly begin to populate the rosters without leaving the Agency Dashboard. Click here for our Training Guide

Click on the personnel name to jump in their profile and find their contact info

Along with Unapproved resources, you can now see all the Overhead Deployments that belong to just your agency!

You can quickly see what type of Overhead deployment and where they went
Click on the Active Rosters button to see their names

Curious about current fires? We've added Top Fires under the Today Tab

Filter by state to see the top 5 fires with the most acres burn
This is your chance to suggest other filters you'd like to see!!

Many of the 3-dot menu icons have been highlighted orange to make it easier to see

Main DSR Changes

We've adjusted the Notices and Announcements to reduce the footprint it takes on the tool

We've also added the new slide in feature for editing both of them

We've spread out the individual Team View to allow for quicker access to information and added the new slide in feature to add rosters. Click here for the training guide

With the new layout, we can enhance the view easier, adding more information. Above, you can quickly see how many personnel is on each resource as well as if the resource is ready to deploy

The new slide in feature has also been implemented for both the swapping of a resource and rostering

With the new resource swap slide in feature, you can quickly see if the resource you are adding is ready for deployment

You can now quickly create an adhoc team from the Active Deployment card

No more recreating a team to add a missing resource

We've added the missing resource option to the existing Individual Team view. Simply use the 3-dot menu, choose Swap Resource and the slide in will give you the option to create Missing Resource

Additional Changes

The ability to swap resources and rosters on RETURNED teams have been removed.
If an edit is needed, please reach out to info@grizzlysystems or use the help chat. Our team will review and begin the approval process before making any changes

Fixes

We have removed the issue with Active Deployment incidents highlighting as your mouse goes over it (seems like you can click on it). To see the incident, use the 3-dot menu and click Go to Incident or click on the Incident name and click See Full Details at the bottom of the slide in

That's all the changes for this release
