Add New Staffing to a Billet via Agency Dashboard
What are billets?
Billets are customizable job roles that have been determined to be important to update and share

Why should you staff a billet?
These billets can be staffed with a personnel along with their start/finish time. Staffing allows for quick access to who is responsible for a specific job and how to quickly contact them
This article is focused on staffing a billet while on the Agency Dashboard. If you want to learn how to quickly staff a billet from the Main DSR, click HERE
Step 1: Go to the Staffing tab
Or click HERE and proceed to Step 2
Ensure you are under the Dashboard page

Click on the dropdown box in the upper right side of the page, and choose Agency Dashboard

Click on the Staffing tab. Here you will see all current Billets available to your specific agency

Step 2: Staffing a Billet
Find the billet to add a personnel to. On the right hand side, you'll see the 3-dot menu

Click on the 3-dot menu and choose Add Roster

You'll need to choose the Resource (call sign), select the personnel, and select a start and finish time. Then click Add Roster

The tool will tell you if the staffing is active now with a green ACTIVE indicator

When the finish time is met, the personnel will disappear
After you select confirm, you will now see it under the Staffing Tab as well as on the Main DSR
